IT Governance and Risk Management
Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) in combination with Certification in the Risk and Internal Systems Controls (CRISC) provides me with the insights, framework knowlegde and tools to support organisations in their programs/ projects to improve the business and IT oversight and delivery.
The above mentioned knowledge can only provide benefits for customer organisations in the combination of a broad and practical experience of IT (executive) management (See CV).

2. IT process implementations and improvement projects. This is not limited to just ITIL processes but covers the entire Cobit scope.
3. Improvement of the gathering and translation of Business/ User Requirements into Business IT systems, using Agile/ Lean approaches.
4. Implementation of Information Management processes to assess quality and value of data/ information management and knowledge management.
5. Structuring of program& project mgt offices and Governance of Portfolio management.
Agile/ Scrum
Certified Scrum Master for the Global Agile Scrum Alliance. This in combination with a longstanding (international) experience of IT executive Management, provides me with the means to development strategies and plans for implementing more effective IT delivery services.
